If you find your member group needs to share sensitive information with third parties, you must contact your Coordinator via groups@bcs.uk with full details of what you wish to disclose, to whom, and for what purpose.
Your Coordinator can then liaise with the BCS legal team to ensure that any information shared is done so appropriately, which may require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
